School Lunch

Our School contracts with Sodexo to provide nutritious lunches for our students and employees. Our food service team is a talented group that prepares homemade soups and stews, bakes fresh bread for sandwiches, and creates varied and delicious menus for our School. In consideration of students with food allergies, products containing tree nuts and peanuts may not be brought onto the Nashoba Brooks campus and food prepared by the Food Service staff is tree nut and peanut free.

Our Food Service
All soup and stew stocks are gluten free and made from scratch in our kitchen. Gluten free and meatless soups are available upon request. All homemade and pre-made salad dressings are corn syrup free. All cold cuts are roasted in-house and are nitrate-free. All fruits, vegetables, and herbs are fresh, unless noted.

Our food service staff works hard to support individuals with food allergies. The kitchen always offers gluten-free options and gluten-free versions of the sandwiches of the day, and the salad bar is always egg-free and gluten-free. The staff communicates with each other about the ingredients that are in each of the items so that they can answer any questions that students or employees may have. Foods are clearly labeled — GF (gluten-free), GA (gluten-free available), V (vegetarian), VG (vegan), VA (vegetarian available) — to support those with special dietary needs or preferences.
