The culture of Nashoba Brooks as an institution committed to joyful hard work as a means of achieving individual and institutional growth through continuous learning is something that we are regularly told is palpable when individuals step onto campus. We work hard to build and sustain these aspects of our culture. When asked what the secret is, the answer is clear, outstanding people enjoy working with outstanding people. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic and Josh Bersin highlighted this succinctly in their 2018 HBR piece entitled 4 Ways to Create a Learning Culture on Your Team, noting that hiring curious people is key.
